สำหรับ canon ef 8-15 mm f 4l นี้ให้มุมมองภาพแบบ fisheye วงกลม และ fisheye แบบ full frame เมื่อใช้งานกับกล้องฟิล์ม หรือกล้องดิจิตอลแบบ full frame (มุมมองกว้าง 180 องศา) และให้ภาพที่เป็นมุมมองฟิชอายแบบวงกลม ที่ระยะซูม 8 มม. และได้ภาพฟิชอายเต็มเฟรมเมื่อซูมที่ระยะ 15 มม.
